Music Preference Survey
Due to a grant awarded from the Johnson County Community Foundation and a scholarship awarded from the Alzheimer's Association, two capstone projects providing music for dementia were conducted. The first project was conducted in Fall 2015 at the Indiana Masonic Home, and the second Spring 2016 at The Hearth at Stones Crossing.
Additional information is being collected via the personal preferences survey above that will help provide caregiver direction for implementing preferred music listening for their loved ones. Thank you all for your support! |
