Digital Product License Agreement

Thank you for purchasing or downloading resources from Celebrativity ("Celebrativity," "we," "our," or "us"). This Digital Product License Agreement explains how our digital products may be used.

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Celebrativity digital product, you agree to the terms of this license.

License Granted
Celebrativity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased or downloaded digital product in accordance with this agreement.

Ownership of all products remains with Celebrativity.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership.
Permitted Uses
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, you may:

• Download and save the files to your personal devices.
• Print the materials for your own personal use.
• Print replacement copies as needed.
• Use the materials repeatedly with yourself, your family, or those living in your household.
• Use free resources in accordance with any instructions provided with those resources.

Professional Use License
If a product is specifically identified as allowing professional use, purchasers may:

• Print copies for participants within one classroom, activity group, therapy practice, senior living community, adult day program, library, or other single organization.
• Use the materials during organized educational or recreational activities.
• Reprint copies as needed for participants within the licensed organization.

A separate purchase or license may be required for multiple locations or organizations.
You May Not
Unless you have written permission from Celebrativity, you may not:

• Sell or resell the files.
• Share download links with others.
• Email purchased files to individuals outside your licensed use.
• Upload files to websites or file-sharing services.
• Post files on social media for downloading.
• Include Celebrativity products in membership libraries or subscription services.
• Claim the materials as your own work.
• Remove copyright notices or logos.
• Copy or recreate products for commercial sale.
• Convert products into editable templates for redistribution.
• Use Celebrativity graphics, branding, or logos to create new products for sale.

Digital Downloads
Products are delivered electronically.
No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased files.
Printing
Printed colors and appearance may vary depending on:

• Printer settings
• Ink
• Paper
• Computer monitor
• Mobile device display

Celebrativity cannot guarantee identical printed results.

Copyright
All products are protected by United States copyright law and international copyright laws.

Copyright remains with Celebrativity.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

Educational and Activity Use
Celebrativity products are designed to encourage learning, creativity, conversation, reminiscence, and meaningful engagement.

Intellectual Property

Violations

• Revocation of your license.
• Cancellation of access to purchased products or memberships.
• Requests to remove unauthorized copies.
• Legal action where appropriate.
