So Many Inspiring People During this Difficult Time

Happy Easter Everyone!
​I hope this Easter morning finds you well! When checking the news this morning, the first article that I read hit home with me. My research on the power of music for those with dementia showed me how important music can be. I find this article that I read so inspiring and want to share it with you.

It is titled "In a pandemic's dark days, these hospice workers found creative ways to bring light." Hospice workers are improvising in order to continue to bring joy and peace during this pandemic. They are using music and art along with several forms of technology to reach others and are visiting from a distance to maintain safety. The article highlights many ways that we can help others and provides ideas for helping end of life be a time of peace. It shares how priests can give blessings from a distance and about a woman who has volunteered to sit with patients that have the coronavirus. Find the link to the article below in the references.
