I came across a list of 101 Easy Ideas for Random Acts of Kindness. There are so many ways lift others up and help them at a very small cost.  Here are a few of my favorites from that list:

• Compliment a parent on how well-behaved their child is.
• Put your phone away.
• Email a teacher who has made a difference in your life.
• Let someone in your lane. They're probably in a rush just like you.
• Let someone in line at the supermarket go ahead of you.
• Call your grandparents.
• Relay an overheard compliment.
• Listen intently.

It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.
