🌊 Session 1: Ocean Discovery (Learning & Exploration)

Introduce one of the world's oceans. Invite participants to share an ocean they've visited or would like to see someday.

  • Which ocean destination was your favorite, or would you most like to visit?
  • What sea creatures have you seen in person?
  • What makes oceans important to our planet?
Activity Optional Closing
Discuss one new ocean fact learned today.
🐚 Session 2: Seaside Memories (Reminiscence & Conversation)
​Opening (5–10 min) Display several seashells or beach photographs, or simply invite participants to imagine the sound of ocean waves.

  • What is your favorite beach memory?
  • Did your family have a favorite vacation spot?
  • Have you ever collected shells or visited a lighthouse?
Activity
Participants draw a favorite beach memory, dream beach destination, or something they love about the ocean. Consider the Beach Memory Sketch Journal.
Optional Closing
Invite anyone who wishes to share the story behind their drawing.
🎨 Session 3: Coastal Creations (Creative Expression & Relaxation)
Opening (5–10 min) Talk about the colors, sounds, and peaceful feeling of the beach.
